YOSEGIRI HOUSE
Materials and original features have been preserved and repurposed in Victorian era childhood home where the architect of this project grew up. A single felled tree was used to create the yakisugi (charred oak) cabinets. Fluted upper cabinets made of solid wood are stained in a wood wash and the pantry is painted an olive green to separate and distinguish the spaces.
